2014 Audi Feastival

Fifth Annual Audi Feastival

In Festivals, Information, Philadelphia by Daryl & Mindi Hirsch6 Comments

What do normal people do the night before they leave at the crack of dawn for an eleven day trip to Seattle and Italy? We don’t know and we don’t care because we’re kicking off our trip by spending the evening with 800 friends and strangers at the fifth annual Audi FEASTIVAL.

It’s no secret that we like and appreciate good food, good entertainment, good deals and good causes. FEASTIVAL will hit all of these buttons by featuring food from 75 top restaurants, live entertainment and auctions both silent and live. Plus all proceeds will benefit FringeArts. How can we pass up on all this just to pack and go to bed early?!

The restaurant list is impressive and includes many of our favorites including Bar Volver, Bibou, Laurel and Noord. In fact we’ve been to 50+ of the 75 restaurants, some just once and some many times. We’re not sure if we’re more excited to see what our favorite restaurants plate up OR to try offerings from the unfamiliar restaurants.

This year’s Audi FEASTIVAL is on Thursday, September 18th at Penn’s Landing 1 in Philadelphia from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased at www.phillyfeastival.com, and full details can be found at the website.

If you go, be sure to look for us. We’ll be the ones with big smiles on our faces and packed suitcases back home. At least we hope that our suitcases will be packed.

Disclosure: We are attending the fifth annual Audi FEASTIVAL on a complimentary basis so that we can cover the event.  As always, all opinions expressed are completely our own.

  1. You’re absolutely right, I wouldn’t have missed this and gone to bed either before a trip! 🙂 The Restaurant Week is coming up in the city I live, already mouthwatering now! 🙂

  2. This looks like an epic festival. Do you just sample food from one restaurant or do you get to try all 75 of them or how does it work. And more importantly, do they have festivals like this in other locations?!? Safe travels on your upcoming trip!

There will be samples for all restaurants, so we will need to be careful that we don’t get too full too soon. We’ll provide an update on the event later.

  3. This sounds like an amazing time, I wish we had something like this in California that I could go to. Perfect way to kick off an adventure.
