Email Addresses

We may collect your email address, but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. This may occur, for example, if you sign up to receive an email newsletter or enter a promotion.  We will use your email address for the purposes for which you provided it to us and also, from time to time, to send you emails regarding the Site or other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.  You may opt out of such email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the email.

Your email address may also be shared with the technology provider we use in connection with the purposes for which you provided it, and that technology provider may also contact you from time to time. Newsletters

You may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. The newsletters sent to you may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

Affiliate Program Participation

We utilize affiliate marketing by embedding tracking links into the 2foodtrippers website. Accordingly, if you click on a link to an affiliate, a cookie will be placed on your browser and will track any sales for calculation of any commissions that result from your purchase.

2FT Media LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to Amazon.com and its partners. As part of this Amazon Associates program, 2foodtrippers will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. Cloudflare

2FT Media LLC uses Cloudflare for website security and caching. Any personal information obtained by Cloudflare is not shared with any third parties.

Registration or Account Data

We may collect other information from you when you register with our Site in order to use various features.  Such information could include your name, birthday, postal code, screen name, and password (if applicable). As you use the Site, we could collect other data that you provide voluntarily (such as comments that you post).

We may also collect information about you through other methods, including research surveys, social media platforms, verification services, data services, as well as public sources. We may combine this data with your registration data in order to maintain a more thorough profile.

We may use third parties to provide the functionality to allow you to register for the Site, in which case the third party will also have access to your information. Otherwise, we will not provide any personally-identifying information about you to third parties, except if required by law.

Additional Rights of California Residents

If you are a resident of California, you are entitled to certain information and have certain rights under the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”). Nevada Privacy Of Information Collected On The Internet From Consumers Act

Pursuant to the Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act (“NPICICA”), Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of any personal information. As described above, your personal information may be shared with third-party service providers/operators in order to fulfill purchased products or to communicate with you. We do not sell (which is defined in the NPICICA as “the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration by the operator to a person for the person to license or sell the covered information to additional persons”) your covered information, which includes:

Sensitive Personal Information

You should never submit sensitive personal information to the 2foodtrippers website. Sensitive personal information includes your social security number, information regarding race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, criminal background or trade union memberships. Children’s Information

The 2foodtrippers website does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. Changes to the Privacy Policy
