We love rice noodles, oh yes we do. But, even in Central Vietnam, we sometimes need to take a break and enjoy other local Vietnamese food specialties.

Since we were in Da Nang, a sprawling, coastal city near Hoi An with a wonderful beach scene and a wealth of fresh seafood, we decided to partake in our own seafood festival complete with spotted crabs, mantis shrimp, clams, squid, a shrimp cracker as big as Daryl’s head, green vegetables and beer. Oh, and there was also rice noodles.

How much did we enjoy Da Nang and its abundance of fresh seafood? We could see ourselves living in Vietnam’s third largest city as digital nomads at some point in our future. When we do, we’ll be sure to use this guide for digital nomads living in Da Nang.

Thanh Hien is located at Vo Nguyen Giap street, Truong Sa, Phước Mỹ, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam.
