At Cherng Doi, the chicken has an amazingly crisp skin with a lovely golden brown bark yielding to perfectly juicy flesh. The restaurant also serves amazing Thai green papaya salad (som tam) with a wonderful balance of spiciness and acidity and many other tasty dishes.
