honey syrup
lemon peel
(garnish)

Instructions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are chilled and blended.
Strain into a lowball or rocks glass filled with several small ice cubes or one large ice cube.
Add a lemon twist as garnish.
