It's a fried rice dish that includes everything but the kitchen sink.
Its roots are in China...
Specifically in the town of Yangzhou near Suzhou. This is Suzhou.
Although the recipe has more than ten ingredients, it's still easy to follow.
It includes a mix of proteins and veggies.
Chinese condiments provide the dish's deep flavors.
Obviously, rice is important too.
Much of the magic happens in the wok.
We add hot sauce for an extra kick.
