Gambas al Ajillo Recipe (Garlic Shrimp)

Garlic shrimp is a Portuguese food favorite.

However, we cook the Spanish version called Gambas al Ajillo.

Ironically, we cook it in our Lisbon kitchen.

Shrimp is the most important ingredient.

Many of the other ingredients are pantry staples.


Shrimp Parsley Smoked Paprika Garlic Red Chili Pepper Olive Oil White Wine

Of course, garlic is an important ingredient.

The dish is easy to make at home.

It's pretty much a one-pan dish.

Fresh parsley adds the finishing touch.

We like to eat the dish with toasted bread...

and white wine.
