Sazerac Cocktail

Our easy Sazerac  recipe creates a sophisticated sipper that packs a whallop.

Ingredients:

Rye Whiskey

Absinthe

Peychauds Bitters

Lemon Peel

Sugar Cube

Muddle sugar cube and Peychaud's bittters in a lowball glass.

Pour rye into the glass and stir.

Swirl absinth in a different glass. Discard absinthe.

Strain liquor from  1st glass into the 2nd glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
