When we finally made Cincinnati Chili at home, it was pretty easy.
However, the recipe has a lot of ingredients.
While the recipe has more than a dozen ingredients, there are only three potential toppings. They are kidney beans, shredded cheese and onions.
If you're into hot food, you can hot sauce but it's totally optional.
It tastes good either way.
