The Absinthe Frappe isn't absent in the list of our favorite spring cocktails. The historic New Orleans cocktail has been tickling tongues for more than a century.
The Army and Navy cocktail is a classic sipper that’s simultaneously sweet, sour and herbaceous. It’s also easy to craft with just four ingredients plus ice.
Hemingway probably drank this cocktail during the spring. Then again, he probably drank it in other seasons too. The drink was named in his honor after all.
The Last Word is another green cocktail but this one has green Chartreuse, dry gin, maraschino liqueur and freshly squeezed lime juice in its ingredient roster.
Millions of people drink Mint Juleps while they watch the Kentucky Derby each May. We love drinking the sweet bourbon smash cocktail throughout spring and during the other three seasons too.
